Shipping & Delivery
Free delivery to UK postal addresses. All orders are insured and despatched via a reputable national courier service.
Delivery Times:
We will endeavour to deliver our products within 3 weeks. However, as our goods are handmade to the highest specifications, it may not always be possible to do so. Personalised items may add time to the 3 weeks stated.
Please note that although we are not responsible for Items Lost or Delayed. In the event of confirmed non-delivery we can replace the goods but only 14 days after despatch.
Returns & Replacements
Returns Policy:
Unfortunately, unless faulty or damaged on delivery, we cannot accept returns of personalised items since they have no re-sale value.
We scan personalisation details directly from your order form so please ensure that you have provided us with the correct details (e.g. names/initials etc) as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes, spelling or otherwise, once the item has been personalised. You are responsible for all spelling and grammar contained within your order.
PLEASE check your confirmation email and make sure all personalisation is correct. Again - IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER.
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake. However, once your order is in production we will be unable to modify your original order.
How to return your goods:
Simply email info@danielsandwood.co.uk and we will issue you with a returns code that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently. You must obtain a Returns Code before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return.
Faulty or defective items: (Must be returned in 14 days)
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. A replacement item will be re-sent by return at our cost. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds:
A refund will be processed within 30 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) by Daniels & Wood. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. Please note that item(s) that are returned to us that are not due to our error will have the original shipping costs deducted from the refund.
Please note, in all instances Daniels and Wood shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Items lost in transit back to us:
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.
